Sports have been a part of my life since I was four, and being a multi-sport athlete — basketball, baseball, and football — taught me lessons that go far beyond the game. Basketball, in particular, was my escape growing up. It kept me focused and out of trouble, and through it, I learned discipline, resilience, and teamwork — life skills that continue to shape who I am today. As a player, I naturally guided my teammates, helping them improve and pushing them to be their best. That experience showed me the joy and fulfillment of helping others grow, a feeling that has stayed with me ever since.
That love for guiding others naturally became my passion for training. What started with a few high school athletes grew into coaching kids across the city, some of whom went on to play in college, including one at USC. Every session I lead is about more than skill or strength — it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a mindset for success. I love the grind, the progress, and the small victories that add up to big results. Seeing athletes reach their goals — and exceed them — reminds me every day why I do what I do: to help others realize their potential and love the process as much as I do.
